Tabriz Pictorial Panels and Ornamental Vessels
A pale field frames a green-centred medallion surrounded by floral sprays, ornamental vessels and scrolling forms. The outer border is divided into small pictorial panels containing animals, figures and decorative scenes.
PRR-HM-010 rewards a slow read. Its central composition is decorative, but the outer register acts almost like a sequence of framed illustrations. The photographs show the overall scheme and close-ups of the repeated urns, animals and panelled borders. Those visual elements distinguish it from the heavily floral PRR-HM-009 even though the two share Tabriz origin and nominal dimensions.
Design, dimensions and informed selection
This is a signed, seller-stated 60 Raj Tabriz wool-and-silk carpet of 250 × 350 cm. The original title uses the phrase museum quality, which is retained as an owner-supplied designation rather than an independent authentication. Buyers should pay attention to how the pictorial border will be seen beneath or beyond furniture.
